Great news! As of this week, everything is finalized for a new Israel/Egypt travel experience in 2027. Yes, 11 days in Israel with an option of 4 more days in Egypt. We are ready to go back to both Israel and Egypt. We’d love to have you join us this time around.

We have digital brochures ready and the printed ones are arriving shortly. Email us at info@TransforMissionalTravel.com or just go right here to this website and see the detailed itinerary under the Upcoming Experiences tab. There is even a link to register for each of of the four tours.
Yes, there are now four tours planned. Three of them are in 2026 and this brand new one is in 2027. We have just a stand alone Israel trip in March 2026, a Greece/Turkey trip with an optional extension to Rome/Florence in May 2026 and our first ever offered River Cruise on the Danube in September 2026.

Is it still safe to travel to Israel? That’s the question we hear most often these days. Here’s our perspective. We have been traveling to Israel since 1994. As you are aware, there have been multiple conflicts of various times over these last three decades. In the past, it was internal terrorists that used explosives strapped to their bodies to blow up buses and cafes. Sometimes it has been rockets launched across the northern border from terrorist groups in Lebanon. Other times, there have been attacks from Syria in the Golan Heights. Then it was Hamas terrorists in Gaza on the southern border in October 2023. Most recently, it was Iran sending missiles and drones from a couple countries away. In the nearly 20 times we’ve hosted groups, we have NEVER felt unsafe while there. Obviously, we DO NOT travel when it is not considered to be safe by the airlines, our guide, or the companies in Israel and in the USA who work together to handle the details of our tours. For example, all tours have been halted at the moment to make sure the current ceasefire between Israel and Iran holds steady. Airlines are not flying to Israel from the USA. No travel companies are allowing groups to go this month.
But here is the perspective that is important. Over the last 30 years we’ve been going to Israel, things go back to normal and it is safe to travel again in a relative short time. The longest we’ve ever delayed a trip was due to COVID-19 concerns and not due to war. The travel companies are currently anticipating that airlines will feel it is safe to fly into Israel again as early as August or September. In fact, groups that are scheduled to travel from the United States to Israel this Fall are not cancelled, but just on hold for now. All of the signs point to the fact that it will be safe to travel again in a couple months. So, we definitely plan to still go in March 2026 and February 2027 as scheduled. We are in touch with our guide and bus driver and they are eagerly awaiting our return to their beautiful land to walk in the Footsteps of Jesus. So, we share this perspective with you from our many years of actual experience traveling to Israel and not based on the opinion of a relative or a friend who has never been to Israel before.
However, there are options. If you don’t have the same confidence in travel to Israel that we do, we invite you to join us on one of our two other equally amazing travel options that are scheduled in 2026. So poke around on our website and join those who are already registered and eagerly anticipating an extraordinary travel experience in 2026.
